A Life Dedicated to Transmission
Raphaël David Skouri, born in Casablanca, Morocco, in 1979, is much more than just a singer or music teacher. Throughout his career, this dedicated man has embraced a mission that transcends cultural and religious boundaries: to preserve, restore, and transmit ancient and liturgical texts. Today, Raphaël teaches hundreds of students of all levels, striving to transmit respect for prayers, piyutim, maqamim, and bakachot alongside vocal and musical skills.
